En el panorama de la música folclórica y popular de Bolivia, Rosario Arce, sin vacilación, pone una nota musical muy particular al producir poesía y expresiones, junto a composiciones suyas, ceñidas a las condiciones de su realidad y envueltas en momentos de sentimientos de amor, de protesta y de pentagrama colorido en el relato de la belleza natural que entraña nuestro país.
Mediante el canto busca alivio a nuestras vicisitudes, fe a nuestras esperanzas y perseverancia en conquistar siempre una nueva estrella que del firmamento cae y riega a Rosario. Su canto es la voz humana que narra al mundo todo el sentimiento de un espíritu que cultiva en su corazón la sinceridad en busca del amor, en una lucha que es compartida por los de su sangre y estirpe. Así queda al desnudo la personalidad de Rosario Arce, con alma de mujer y ternura de niña.
Todos los temas que canta y compone, hoy con un obsequio al aniversario de la Patria (Versión del Himno Nacional), nacen en las cuerdas de un instrumento, que han sido recogidos en conjuntos musicales que incluyen voces corales, piano y varios instrumentos. Las grabaciones apreciadas en discos CD, videos DVD, redes YouTube, Facebook, Google y otras redes sociales, logran cada vez nuevos efectos y más reconocimientos, y el propósito de llegar al público con ese mensaje arrancado de la realidad, siempre tiene el objetivo que busca.
Rosario, en cada presentación, hace gala de su magnífica voz, sentimiento nacional y hermosas canciones, en conciertos efectuados en distintos escenarios del país y del mundo. El público siempre aplaude ovacionado la exquisitez de su arte, la técnica vocal y su gran talento. La artista nos traslada imaginariamente a cada rincón de nuestro país, que es rico en historia y tiene joyas artísticas en todos los confines. Ella sabe recrear ese maravilloso paisaje. En esta realidad presenta en cada recital, un compendio de temas que muestran su cabal trayectoria artística.
Arce es una mujer rociada de simpatía. Desde su inevitable sonrisa, su trato deferente y educado, hasta su presencia física y vestuario que apreciamos en la foto que ilustra esta crónica, nos muestra a una mujer distinguida y elegante. Rosario Arce —la artista en la fotografía asoma vestida con un atuendo de rejilla transparente muy escotado, sin sujetador, a través de la piel que trasluce su cuerpo desnudo por debajo— ha sido distinguida como una de las cantantes más elegantes, circunstancia que se revela en el arte de su vestimenta, a través de prendas que en su mayoría ella las confecciona.
Las canciones en la voz de Rosario, sin duda destacadas y rociadas de bellísimas letras, asoman estos títulos: “Oh mi Oruro”, testimonio al escenario que la vio nacer; “O Canada”, homenaje al país que la alberga; “Canto a mi madre”, una amorosa expresión al ser que le dio la vida; “Ama sua ama llulla ama quella”, decálogo aplicado por los Incas en el Imperio que crearon: se traduce como “no robes, no seas ocioso, no mientas”. “Celeste Cintita”, un "tinku" que previo al sonido del charango y la zampoña, permite describir una prenda que se pierde en la vestimenta o pollera. Gózalo y báilalo, una invitación a la danza, a la alegría: “Cholitas de ojos azules”, expresión sonora para la retina de nuestras hermanas originarias; “Yo soy esa mujer”, notas musicales que entreveran al ser humano guerrero y sacrificado.
Más títulos: “El Chuntarito”, canción a tradiciones de las parejas; “Asi es el amor”, revelación del sentimiento más puro: “Tuyo es mi corazón”, arpegios musicales que revelan la entrega del amor: “La torcasita”, “Chacarera”, “Cantarigo de greda”, tres canciones que reiteran lo nuestro y sus usanzas: “El beso”, un acercamiento a dos bocas que se unen a través de una caricia tierna y húmeda; “No volveré a querer”, hermosa música que relata la ingratitud del amor.
Por otra parte el título: “Resistiré” —el grito de apuesta a la adversidad, hoy por la vigencia del mortal Covid 19—; Alma llanera”, “Como has hecho”, “Palmeras”, “Carnaval”, “Arroz con concolón”, “Añoranzas”, “De corazón abierto”, “Albacito de mi tierra”, “Inspiración”, son contexturas del acervo folklórico y popular nacional, junto al tema “A Bolivia”, que Rosario danzado de rosado una chacarera con el violín de telón de fondo, le desea a Bolivia “siempre todo lo mejor; paz y comprensión”.
Por los caminos de la vida, hay mujeres talentosas revestidas de simpatía, encanto, carisma, educación, universalidad, sensualidad y belleza. Una de ellas es la protagonista de esta crónica, Rosario Arce.

In the panorama of folkloric and popular music in Bolivia, Rosario Arce, without hesitation, sets a very particular musical note by producing poetry and expressions, together with her own compositions, which are close to the conditions of her reality and wrapped in moments of feelings of love, protest and a colourful pentagram in the story of the natural beauty of our country.
Through song he seeks relief from our vicissitudes, faith in our hopes and perseverance in always conquering a new star that falls from the firmament and waters Rosario. His song is the human voice that narrates to the world all the feelings of a spirit that cultivates sincerity in his heart in search of love, in a struggle that is shared by those of his blood and lineage. This is how Rosario Arce's personality is laid bare, with the soul of a woman and the tenderness of a child.
All the songs she sings and composes, today with a gift to the anniversary of the Homeland (Version of the National Anthem), are born on the strings of an instrument, which have been collected in musical ensembles that include choral voices, piano and various instruments.
