Tania Ayala Rocabado, es una mujer sin vacilación, un ejemplo de voluntad, lealtad, amor y perseverancia, merced al carisma e inteligencia que revisten su carácter, permitiendo entrever a un ser extraordinario poseedor de virtudes, logros y una trayectoria deportiva en la disciplina del voleibol, que le permitió destacarse y ganar la admiración de las tribunas que vitorearon cada una de sus jugadas.
El voleibol, volibol, vóley o balonvolea, fue su devoción, y aún lo es en su corazón y en toda mirada retrospectiva, cuando a través de este deporte asomaba Tania al encuentro de dos equipos compuestos, cada uno, por seis jugadores. Ella se enfrentaba en una chanca dividida por una red o malla sobre la que pasaba de sus manos la pelota a fin de que toque el suelo del campo contrario para hacer una anotación.
Tania nació en la capital de Bolivia: Sucre. Una ciudad embriagada de cultura barroca y de maravillosas muestras del coloniaje, en medio de un modernismo incipiente que es de gran atractivo para los visitantes. Más adelante se traslado a la ciudad de Oruro, de la que es oriundo mi Padre (Mario D. Ríos Gastelú). El siempre reitero, con tono de humor e ingenio, que en el mundo los productos de marca son de Londres, París y Oruro, y que los mejores centros de enseñanza del universo son Oxford, Harvard, Salamanca y el “Saracho”.
Tanía estudió en un colegio que en su momento se mostró como uno de los mejores de Bolivia: “El Anglo”. Docentes como Elsa Gastelú Guillén, recuerdan a Tania y a su promoción de destacados alumnos que hoy como ella, tienen una posición relevante en la sociedad boliviana: Marcela Renjel, Erika Apaza, Kathy Gonzáles, Claudia Dávila Baradi, entre otras.
Tania, en su personalidad, es contemplativa y observadora. Su esencia está en recibir lo que el entorno le da. Por eso disfruta al estar en contacto con la Naturaleza. Ama la vida. Madre ejemplar, siempre goza de la compañía de sus hijos.
Esbelta y muy hermosa, siempre es ella, y si tuviera que retroceder en el tiempo lo haría todo igual, no cambiaría nada, ni su pelo suelto, ni su vestuario y nada de su estilo. Para Tania es importante el voleibol y después el estilo. Viste con distinción y sensualidad y se acomoda al clima de Belize. En esta crónica se la observa con un vestido muy escotado de corte calado y regilla transparente sin sujetador que usa con piel desnuda debajo. Elegante, Tania, incide en su particular glamur que es parte de su personalidad, su pensamiento universal, exento de primitivismos, perjuicios y otras posturas negativas.
Sorprende y alegra mucho, ver a Tania en la red social Facebook, por intermedio del sistema Tik Tok. Es graciosa, ingeniosa y divertida, al extremo de perder, nosotros, todo posible contacto con la desvaída realidad que nos rodea, consecuencia del tenebroso virus conocido como la Covid – 19, que ha dado lugar a la vigencia de una pandemia sin límites. Actitud suya, sin vacilación, de amar la vida pese a los obstáculos y vicisitudes.
Oruro la recuerda, y yo la pondero en este BLOG, imaginándola caminar por las calles del que fue el principal centro minero y financiero de Bolivia; la imagino en su espectacular carnaval, la imagino pasear por los límite del Faro Conchupata, donde flameó por primera vez la bandera boliviana, la imagino jugando con maestría el voleibol.

Tania Ayala Rocabado, is a woman without hesitation, an example of will, loyalty, love and perseverance, thanks to the charisma and intelligence that cover her character, allowing to glimpse an extraordinary being possessor of virtues, achievements and a sporting career in the discipline of volleyball, which allowed her to stand out and win the admiration of the stands that cheered each of her plays.
Volleyball, volleyball, volleyball or volleyball, was her devotion, and still is in her heart and in every retrospective glance, when through this sport Tania used to watch two teams, each composed of six players. She is funny, witty and amusing, to the extent that we lose all possible contact with the dull reality that surrounds us, as a consequence of the tenebrous virus known as Covid-19, which has given rise to a pandemic without limits. His attitude, without hesitation, of loving life despite the obstacles and vicissitudes.
Oruro remembers her, and I ponder her in this BLOG, imagining her walking through the streets of what was the main mining and financial centre of Bolivia; I imagine her in her spectacular carnival, I imagine her strolling along the edge of the Conchupata Lighthouse, where the Bolivian flag flew for the first time, I imagine her playing volleyball with mastery.
She currently resides in Belize, a sovereign country of the Americas located in the northeastern corner of Central America. It is the only country in Central America whose form of government is organised as a parliamentary constitutional monarchy, where Queen Elizabeth II is head of state and is represented in the country by a governor general.
