Al MAESTRO en su día
El Día del Maestro es sinónimo del Día del Apóstol. La
enseñanza, la educación es una necesidad pública, una responsabilidad del
Estado, que los gobiernos deben impulsar. Todo ser que se inclina por la
docencia sabe que es una generosa actividad de servicio. El maestro es el que
guía al estudiante en el proceso de aprendizaje teniendo en cuenta sus
conocimientos previos, puntos de vista e intereses. Además, no deja de lado la
parte afectiva hacia el estudiante. Tiene en cuenta sus valores, ayudándolo a
mejorarlos o a construir unos nuevos y mejores para hacer de él una persona con
ética profesional y útil para la sociedad.
En consecuencia, el Día del Maestro es una fecha especial,
para celebrar un oficio donde el don de enseñar se une para destacar la trascendencia
de todo mentor de la educación para el progreso de un país, que arranca con la
preparación intelectual del alumno. En esta fecha todos hacen un alto en sus
labores habituales para rendir un merecido homenaje al maestro, porque se lo
refiere como al principal personaje del gran cambio.
La lucha de todo maestro descansa en la meta de alcanzar un
propósito fundamental en la educación, donde mucho tiene que ver el gobierno,
el profesor y la comunidad. No olvidemos que la escuela es una continuidad de nuestro
hogar, es de cierta forma la segunda casa de los niños y jóvenes, por ello el
vínculo que se crea entre el alumno y el maestro puede ser tan fuerte y tan
determinante para la formación de los ciudadanos.
No olvidemos que además de enseñar contenidos académicos,
el maestro educa, fomentando entre los estudiantes valores y ayudándoles con su
ejemplo a ser mejores personas. Un maestro puede cambiar por completo el
ambiente de un salón de clases, convirtiéndose en un modelo a seguir por los
estudiantes, siendo éste casi un “héroe”.
La fecha es también un recuerdo de lo que hicieron los maestros en todos los tiempos. Hoy en día, siempre en pos de la actualización, hacen uso de la tecnología actual, que permite un desarrollo integral de los alumnos. El referido apostolado supone tener conciencia de que antes de pensar en intereses institucionales o personales, se debe procesar el gran cambio del sistema educativo. La sabiduría del maestro descansa en su visión general de la vida. Valga la oportunidad para comprender y trabajar por la gran unidad que debe darse entre la escuela, la universidad y la comunidad, hacia una vía de integración.
En 1924, bajo la administración del presidente Bautista
Saavedra, por DS del 24 de mayo, fue declarado el 6 de junio Día del Maestro en
Bolivia para hacer un homenaje a todos los docentes del país. La fecha está
asociada a dos hechos importantes. La primera, relacionada con la fundación en
1909 en la capital del país de la primera Escuela Normal de Profesores de la
República “Mariscal Sucre”, durante la presidencia del general Ismael Montes.
Esta escuela fue un homenaje a los 100 años de la gesta libertaria de 1809 en
Chuquisaca. La segunda coincide con la fecha de nacimiento de Modesto Omiste
Tinajeros, un pionero de la educación en el país, considerado “padre de la
educación boliviana”. Conocido como un polifacético educador, fundó escuelas,
fue diplomático y periodista. Algunos escritores lo llamaron “el Sarmiento
Boliviano”, por su consagración a la enseñanza libre y la influencia que tuvo
en la Ley de Libertad de Enseñanza, aprobada el 22 de noviembre de 1872.
Aprender, investigar, comunicar e ilustrar, en búsqueda de
la verdad, son cualidades inherentes a la persona, manifiestas cuando ejercita
el don de enseñar. El trabajo de un maestro necesita de esfuerzo, paciencia,
dedicación, compromiso y responsabilidad, para poder educar, formar y orientar

Teacher's Day is
synonymous with Apostle's Day. Teaching, education is a public necessity, a
state responsibility, which governments must promote. Every being who is
inclined towards teaching knows that it is a generous activity of service. The
teacher is the one who guides the student in the learning process, taking into
account his or her previous knowledge, views and interests. Moreover, he does
not neglect the affective part towards the student. He takes into account his
values, helping him to improve them or to build new and better ones in order to
make him a person with professional ethics and useful to society.
Consequently, Teacher's
Day is a special date to celebrate a profession where the gift of teaching is
united to highlight the transcendence of every mentor in education for the
progress of a country, which starts with the intellectual preparation of the
student. On this date, everyone takes a break from their usual work to pay a
well-deserved tribute to the teacher, because he or she is referred to as the
main character of great change.
The struggle of every
teacher rests on the goal of achieving a fundamental purpose in education,
where much has to do with the government, the teacher and the community. Let us
not forget that the school is a continuity of our home, it is in a way the
second home of children and young people, which is why the bond that is created
between student and teacher can be so strong and so decisive for the formation
of citizens.
Let us not forget that
in addition to teaching academic content, the teacher educates, fostering
values among students and helping them by example to become better people. A
teacher can completely change the atmosphere of a classroom, becoming a role
model for students, almost a "hero".

Alejo, is a great educator. A charismatic and elegant woman. Our friendship
through FACEBOOK has allowed us to get to know each other and to know about the
plausible and commendable work, worthy of encouragement and applause, that she
carries out in Mexico. In the graphic, the educator illustrates this chronicle
with a very low-cut and transparent chiffon blouse that dresses her naked body
underneath, revealing a beautiful bra.
The date is also a reminder
of what teachers have done throughout the ages. Nowadays, always in the pursuit
of updating, they make use of current technology, which allows for an integral
development of the students. The aforementioned apostolate presupposes an
awareness that before thinking about institutional or personal interests, the
great change in the education system must be processed. The teacher's wisdom
lies in his or her general vision of life. It is worth the opportunity to
understand and work for the great unity that must exist between the school, the
university and the community, towards a path of integration.

Learning, investigating, communicating and enlightening, in search of truth, are qualities inherent to a person, manifested when he or she exercises the gift of teaching. The work of a teacher requires effort, patience, dedication, commitment and responsibility in order to educate, train and guide his or her pupils.
